I love hats in the summer!  They let you enjoy the hot weather while staying protected from the sun and kicking up your outfit a notch.  So many hats come in only one size, which is rarely petite-friendly.  This straw hat caught my eye at H&M, hanging on the wall and almost out of reach.  I wasn't expecting to buy it though, until...
